The Carpigiani machine, 2 types + 1, is ideal for making soft ice cream, sorbets and frozen yogurt. Using the Hard-O-Tronic® electronic control system, the desired consistency can be set quickly and easily. A supply system with a pump or by gravity can be selected, with an overrun setting even when the tub is full. Both the version with gravity supply and the one with pump have a 13 liter tank. With the gravity supply, an overrun of max. 40% can be achieved - for compact, dry gelato. The version with pump can incorporate up to 80% overrun - for an even creamier gelato. Thanks to three different functions, you can decide which page you want to work on. Only left side or only right side in mid-season periods; both when more productivity is required. It is equipped with the special “Star-Luke” flap to use the spouts of the single-portion kit and the new dispensing bags to personalize the style and shape of the soft ice cream. The machine is air-cooled, water-cooled as an option. You can also choose to equip the machine with the automatic self-pasteurization system to clean it at a maximum time interval of up to 42 days.
