The versatile and efficient Carpigiani machine for making soft ice cream and frozen yogurt. It is suitable for any installation location and climate, is user-friendly and can be cleaned quickly. The HOM consistency controller enables constant, automatic control of ice cream consistency. The machine has a supply system with pump, each tub has a capacity of 8 l. The machine is air-cooled or, as an option, water-cooled.
