The Carpigiani machine, 2 types + 1, is ideal for making soft ice cream, sorbets and frozen yogurt. Using the Hard-O-Tronic® electronic control system, the desired consistency can be set quickly and easily. The machine has a delivery system with pump and can incorporate up to 80% overrun for even creamier gelato. Both tubs have a capacity of 10 l. The machine can be equipped with the special “star hatch” to use the spouts of the single-portion kit and the new dispensing bags to personalize the style and shape of the soft-serve ice cream. The machine is air-cooled, water-cooled as an option.
