The programmed consistency values and the ice cream that is being frozen are constantly displayed on the LCD display. With the arrows, it is always possible to change it to get your own ideal ice cream. It is possible to produce the special crystal ice cream, which, thanks to its easily moldable consistency, is ideal for quickly making desserts in all shapes. The machine can handle a volume range of at least 2 kg to a maximum of 4 kg per cycle.
