The cleaning of the cylinder can be accelerated by heating the surface so that grease residues from production can be removed quickly. After cleaning is complete, the drying program can be used to remove all moisture residues in the cylinder, which is an essential requirement before tempering chocolate. The subsequent washing program, after removal of the ice, guarantees hygienic safety by controlling the temperature of the cylinder. This means that it is not necessary to clean the machine quickly during work breaks.
