The floor-standing batch freezer for making good fresh ice cream that can process hot and cold mixes. With more than 15 programs, it is equipped with the exclusive Hard-O-Tronic® system for optimal control of frozen ice; thanks to the LCD display, it is possible to program and display the values to achieve the desired consistency. It is possible to produce the special crystal ice cream, which, thanks to its easily moldable consistency, is ideal for quickly making desserts in all shapes.

Hard-O-Tronic®: This unique system guarantees perfect ice cream. The LCD display permanently shows the programmed consistency value and the value of the ice in the cylinder. By pressing the “Up” and “Down” buttons, you can also interval in the system at any time to achieve your ideal ice result. POM Agitator: Without a Central Shaft and with Cold-Proof, Wide Blades for the Complete Removal of Ice. The sturdy agitator has self-regulating wipers (easy to remove), which ensures precise scraping of the ice layer on the cylinder. Aftercooling: In order to also ensure the consistency of the ice that is last removed, post-cooling activates the cold supply even during the entire removal of iron.

Optional crystal portioning door: Ideal when using the crystal program to fill containers and glasses directly from the machine. Thanks to the spacer, which can be attached at any time, it is possible to reduce the ice outlet opening to make it easier to remove the crystal product and clean the machine. The Support Console designed to keep trays, glasses and carafes in place while extracting iron. “Water Filling” function for dispensing the amount of water required in recipes and/or during cleaning in order to save time and avoid dosing errors. All updated content, such as user manuals, Carpi Care kit and Carpi Clean kit, can be downloaded using the QR Code, which is on the front of the machine. If there is a power failure during the production of the gelato or if the machine is switched off by mistake, an automatic defrosting process is triggered when the gelato is switched on again, which allows production to be restarted quickly. The delayed washing program, after removal of the ice cream, guarantees hygienic safety by controlling the temperature of the cylinder. This means that it is not necessary to clean the machine quickly during work breaks. Carpi Care Kit & Carpi Clean Kit: Ask your dealer about this kit to keep your machine in perfect hygienic condition at all times. The cylinder and front panel are a single part for maximum cleaning and hygiene guarantee. Thanks to the hot rinse of the cylinder, the stainless steel front lock, the agitator and the removable ice slide, complete cleaning is easier. Cleaning the sheets is also very convenient thanks to Scotch-Brite surface treatment, as the stainless steel is protected against stains and grease residues.
