The programmed consistency values and the ice cream that is being frozen are constantly displayed on the LCD display. With the arrows, it is possible to change the desired consistency at any time in order to obtain the optimal result. It is possible to produce the special Crystal ice cream, which, thanks to its easily moldable consistency, is ideal for quickly making desserts in all shapes.
