The Carpigiani machine, 2 types + 3 and 3 marbling is ideal for making soft ice cream, sorbets and frozen yogurt. The machine has a delivery system with pump and can incorporate up to 80% overrun - for an even creamier gelato. Both tubs have a production capacity of 18 l. The machine is equipped with a printing system that allows the dispensing of fruit or cream flavored syrup. Depending on the mix used, various consistencies can be set. The machine is air-cooled, water-cooled as an option.
