Heat exchange pump The ingredients are only mixed and pasteurized in a portion of the container (cup). The outlet valve can be flushed at any time: The new design of the outlet valve allows it to be cleaned at any stage of the production phases. Intensive cleaning: The new outlet tap, the removable conveyor pipe and the monolithic cup make it easy and complete to clean the machine. The new wheels in a stainless steel construction can also withstand frequent cleaning with aggressive cleaning agents. The new stainless steel hand shower is attached to the front of the machine and reaches up to the tap to make cleaning easier. The hand shower also has a blocking function, which makes handling easier during use. Cleaning the sheets is also very convenient thanks to Scotch-Brite surface treatment, as the stainless steel is protected against stains and grease residues.
