Thanks to the inverter, it has 9 mixing speeds, including 4 at intermittent speed, which allows greater flexibility in preparation by better managing your recipes. Pastochef RTL-I is Carpigiani's multifunctional machine that manages temperatures from 2°C to 105°C and was developed for baked goods and gastronomic recipes. It can mix, cook, pasteurize, cool and even preserve your products, ensuring maximum hygiene and saving you time compared to manual processing.
