Maestro HE features high efficiency technology that determines the maximum performance of the food ice cream freezing cycle, with savings in electricity and water consumption of up to 30% compared to the same volume produced with the RTX line and previous batch freezers. Thanks to Hot-Cold-Dynamic® Adaptive Technology, the machine automatically recognizes the amount and type of mixture. In addition, it dynamically modulates cold and hot gas, optimizes heat exchange during freezing and prevents burns during the processing cycle.
