It is possible to produce the special Crystal ice cream, which, thanks to its easily moldable consistency, is ideal for quickly making desserts in all shapes. Thanks to the Hard-O-Dynamic® Adaptive system, the machine automatically recognizes the amount and type of mixture, dynamically modulates cold and hot gas and optimizes heat exchange during freezing.
