The floor-standing batch freezer that is easy to operate and manage. With 6 variable freezing programs, suitable for different types of production. It is equipped with Hard-O-Tronic® technology: the exclusive system for excellent ice cream. The programmed consistency values and the ice cream that is being frozen are constantly displayed on the LCD display. With the arrows, it is possible to change the desired consistency at any time in order to achieve the optimal result. It is possible to produce the special crystal ice cream, which, thanks to its easily moldable consistency, is ideal for quickly making desserts in all shapes.

Hard-O-Tronic®: This unique system guarantees perfect ice cream. The LCD display permanently shows the programmed consistency value and the value of the ice in the cylinder. By pressing the “Up” and “Down” buttons, you can also interval in the system at any time to achieve your ideal ice result. POM Agitator: Without a Central Shaft and with Cold-Proof, Wide Blades for the Complete Removal of Ice The sturdy agitator has self-regulating wipers (easy to remove), which ensures precise scraping of the ice layer on the cylinder.
