The Carpigiani machine, 2 types + mix, is ideal for large numbers of customers. Using the Hard-O-Tronic® electronic control system, various consistencies can be set according to the mix used — quickly and easily. The machine has a delivery system with pump and can incorporate up to 80% overrun - for even creamier gelato. Both tanks have a production capacity of 20 l. Thanks to the combination of the two motors and two compressors, only one side of the machine can be used. The machine is air-cooled. With the automatic self-pasteurization system, the time of machine cleaning can be set up to a maximum interval of 42 days.
