In this way, it is possible to use the two sides of the machine independently, which is ideal when there is a large volume of customers. With the Hard-O-Tronic® electronic control system, the thick liquid of the product is constantly monitored to ensure the perfect consistency of the shake or soft ice cream. The machine is air-cooled and can be set up easily.
