The ideal Carpigiani machine for making soft ice cream, sorbets and frozen yogurt. Using the Hard-O-Tronic® electronic control system, the desired consistency can be set quickly and easily. Thanks to the independent cylinders, products of various consistencies can be stirred and frozen at the same time. A supply system with pump or gravity can be selected, with an overrun setting even when the tub is full. Personalization is also possible with a mixed system: 1 supply with pump and 1 via gravity. The machine can be equipped with a “Star-Luke”, which allows 18 different output bags to be inserted, which can be purchased separately or as an optional kit. The machine can be equipped with a special “winter hatch” for using two completely separate cylinders with the central part being blocked. The machine is air-cooled and thanks to the rear trigger, the parking space can be optimised and several machines can be set up next to each other. With the automatic self-pasteurization system, the time of machine cleaning can be set up to a maximum interval of 42 days.
