Carpigiani machine for one type of soft ice cream, sorbet and frozen yogurt. Using the Hard-O-Tronic® electronic control system, the desired consistency can be set quickly and easily. With this semi-automatic machine, the customer receives a fresh product in a few simple steps — all they need to do is press a button or insert a coin. The upper part of the machine has a light indicator which alerts the operator to any machine alarms. The machine has a supply system with pump, a 12-liter tank. The machine is air-cooled, water-cooled as an option. With the automatic self-pasteurization system, the time of machine cleaning can be set up to a maximum interval of 42 days.
