The Carpigiani machine, 2 types + mix, is ideal for making soft ice cream, sorbets and frozen yogurt. Using the Hard-O-Tronic® electronic control system, the desired consistency can be set quickly and easily. A supply system with a pump or by gravity can be selected, with an overrun setting even when the tub is full. In the version with gravity supply, the capacity of the tubs is 18 l + 18 l, with an achievable maximum overrun of 40% - for a compact, dry gelato. The version with 12+12-liter pump and tub can incorporate up to 80% overrun - for an even creamier gelato. The machine can be equipped with the special “star hatch” to use the single-portion kit grommets and the new dispensing bags to personalize the style and shape of the soft-serve ice cream. The machine can be equipped with a special “winter hatch” for using two completely separate cylinders with the central part being blocked. An additional versatility factor that can be used both during cleaning and production. The machine is air-cooled, water-cooled as an option. You can also choose to equip the machine with the automatic self-pasteurization system to clean it at a maximum time interval of up to 42 days.
