The ideal Carpigiani machine for making soft ice cream, sorbets and frozen yogurt. Using the Hard-O-Tronic® electronic control system, the desired consistency can be set quickly and easily. The tub has a capacity of 5 liters and a gravity supply system ensures that a compact, dry gelato can be dispensed. Equipped with the “star hatch”, which allows 18 different output bags to be inserted, which can be purchased separately or as an optional kit. The machine is air-cooled and can easily be placed on a table next to other devices thanks to the vertical rear trigger. With the automatic self-pasteurization system, the time of machine cleaning can be set up to a maximum interval of 42 days.
